Rosemary Beach was designed in 1995 to mimic the “look and feel” of old historic towns with the inspiration of Urbanism.

So, the town’s design draws heavily from historic towns like New OrleansCharleston, and St. Augustine, with European Colonial influence of the Caribbean.
